20 x frozen ngoh hiang (each piece can be chopped into approximately 8 cubes) well-packed in a paper box.

How to cook:

By deep-frying and steaming methods, please allow 1-2 hours to thaw before cooking. Cooking by air fryer does not require thawing.

DEEP-FRY

Remove excess moisture by dabbing the ngoh hiang with kitchen towel paper. Chop into small cubes or deep-fry the whole ngoh hiang for 4 minutes or until golden brown. Drain off excess oil before serving.

STEAMING

Bring water to boil. Chop into small cubes or steam the whole ngoh hiang for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

AIR FRYER

Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree celsius for 3 minutes.

Place the ngoh hiang into the preheated air fryer and brush some cooking oil on them. Continue to air fry for 12 minutes at 180 degree celsius or until golden brown. Flip the ngoh hiang halfway during air frying to ensure that it is evenly cooked.
